Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Costs:
We offer $100 shipping Australia-wide on all of the fireplace unit.

Delivery Terms:
We use professional furniture and freight carriers to ensure your fireplace arrives safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Missing or Damaged Items:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment. Contact us at sales@electricfireplacesonline.com.au.
